We had a leak in our bathroom upstairs. The leak was caused by the faulty valve under the vanity. After I invited three companies with 5-star reviews, I decided to hire FloodDRY, and it turned out to be a great decision.They were professional throughout the whole project. Kirill and Alex did a great job and cleaned up the working areas after each visit. All the areas were isolated. They also found another leak and some mold in the bathroom, which was caused by the walk-in showers, as our tenants were not very careful with the shower door. That was also great that they helped us with the Insurance Company to get full coverage for the project. Highly recommended

Very happy with the professionalism, quality, and rapid service we received from FloodDry at our home. A water faucet was left running in the upstairs laundry room. The laundry room was flooded, resulting in standing water inside and under the laundry room cabinets and covering the laundry room floor. Water ran into an adjacent bedroom and proceeded to rain through the floor into the dining room on the first floor below the laundry room. Water soaked into the drywall of the dining room ceiling and walls and covered the dining room's hardwood floor. Water also traveled into the kitchen ceiling near the entry to the dining room. The next morning, I consulted Yelp, saw good reviews for FloodDry, and called. Konstantin quickly called back, visited the house that afternoon, used electronic sensors to identify the wet areas, and prepared an estimate for me to sign before 5PM the same day. Work started the next day. A crew of two worked a full day and half of the next day on a solution. The crew used electronic sensors to map out the wet areas and identify areas that were not wet. In the dining room and kitchen areas, they proceeded to take down the dining room curtain rods, cover the dining room buffet in plastic, and wall off the dining room and the affected area of the kitchen with plastic sheets. Then, they removed wet drywall and insulation in the dining room walls and the dining room and kitchen ceiling. Upstairs, they again used their water sensors to map out damaged areas. In the laundry room, they removed cabinet kick boards, wall baseboards, and wet drywall. In the affected bedroom, they also removed cabinet kick boards. Happily for me, they did a great job cleaning up and disposing of the wet drywall and wood. They concluded the work by installing fans, dehumidifiers, and heaters in the upstairs laundry room, the adjacent upstairs bedroom, and the downstairs dining room and running drain lines to the laundry room and kitchen sinks. The equipment ran for five days, circulating hot air through the rooms and under the cabinets. I could see, during that time, extracted water running through hoses from the dining room and dripping into the kitchen sink. Happily, Konstantin was available by phone and text during the work and the drying process to answer whatever questions I had. Halfway through the drying period, technician Kirill came to the house and, using the electronic sensors, measured the progress of the drying. On the final day, Kirill and Alex came in, remeasured the affected areas with the electronic sensors and, satisfied with the results, which they showed me, proceeded to remove the equipment and plastic sheeting and do a final clean up. Overall, I was very happy with FloodDry, who delivered fast service, careful measuring for wetness and a well-planned-out technical solution, surgical removal of irreparably damaged material while saving material that could be dried out, and a good cleanup. Given the amount and quality of the work, and FloodDry's excellent service, I am convinced that the money I paid was well-earned, i.e., I am very satisfied that I received good value.

We were connected to FloodDry by Umed Erbekov from IRBIS Air Plumbing after he came to fix a leak from our upstairs toilet. Konstantin arrived promptly and checked the humidity levels in all the damaged areas. He explained the entire remediation process clearly and walked us through how he works directly with insurance. He even recognized our insurance agent just from hearing the company name, which gave us a lot of confidence in his experience.

Konstantin was extremely patient in answering all of my questions before we signed the work authorization. His communication has been generally efficient and transparent. He made sure we understood every step of the process.

He immediately sent his remediation team, and both Kirill and Alex were incredibly professional. They opened the ceiling carefully, installed a very well-planned plastic barrier, and set up the drying equipment thoughtfully. The barrier was perfectly placed and sealed, and the ceiling opening was done with great care. The removal of the equipment was just as careful and respectful of our home.

At this point, we are still waiting for the next phase of the remediation, but overall we’ve had a positive experience with FloodDry and feel that the team has handled the situation professionally.

They got me on the schedule right away and actually showed up when they said they would (shocking, I know ). So many companies say they'll "be there between 9 and 5," and somehow that always means 6:30... but not these guys!

Kirill and Alex were the tech who came out, and they were great. Super friendly, responsible, and always explained what they were doing and why. Kirill made sure I understood the process and even gave me ETAs along the way, which was really helpful. He even went out of his way to stop by on the third day just to check the moisture levels -- you don't see that kind of dedication often!

It's not fun dealing with water damage, but FloodDry (and especially Kirill!) made it so much easier. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs quick, reliable help.
