When water hits a business, it’s not just “a wet spot.” It’s downtime, stressed tenants or customers, and a whole lot of “we need this fixed now.” FloodDry Water Damage Restoration helps Bay Area businesses with fast, practical water damage response and structural drying—without the corporate script.

We handle commercial water damage restoration, post-flood wood treatment to help prevent mold, and cleanup after firefighting water damage. We’re available 24/7, and you’ll talk to a real person who can help you triage the situation. In many cases, we can arrive within an hour of your call. If your job is going through insurance, we’ll handle the back-and-forth with your insurance company so you’re not stuck chasing calls, emails, and paperwork.

Who we work with

We regularly support property owners and managers across the Bay Area, including:
  • Office suites and professional buildings
  • Retail spaces and storefronts
  • Restaurants and light commercial kitchens (water-related issues)
  • Multi-family and HOA-managed buildings
  • Warehouses, back offices, and tenant improvements
Whether you’re trying to keep tenants happy, reopen fast, or document everything for a claim—we can help.

Commercial Water Damage Restoration

Sprinkler line break, supply line leak, restroom overflow, breakroom sink, appliance failure— commercial spaces can soak fast and spread wide. We focus on water removal (where applicable), structural drying, dehumidification, and moisture verification.
  • Targeted water removal + controlled drying
  • Dehumidification for large spaces
  • Moisture checks so you’re not guessing
  • Documentation (photos/notes/measurements) when needed

Post-Flood Wood Treatment (Mold Prevention)

To be clear: we don’t remove old mold. What we do is treat affected wood after a water loss
so wet framing, studs, or subflooring is less likely to turn into a mold problem later.
It’s especially useful when walls are opened and materials are drying.

If you’re dealing with an established “we’ve had mold for months” situation, that’s a different category.
We can still help you dry the structure after water damage, but we won’t claim “mold remediation” for old growth.

Firefighting Water Damage Cleanup

When a fire is put out, water damage often becomes the next emergency.
We help commercial properties with water damage cleanup and dry-out
after firefighting efforts—so secondary damage doesn’t spread into floors, walls, and build-outs.

Important: We do not provide smoke odor removal, soot cleanup, or fire restoration services
outside of the water damage caused by suppression.

How it works (commercial)

  1. Quick triage call. We ask a few questions and help you make the situation safer right now.
  2. Onsite assessment. We check affected areas and look for hidden moisture where it matters.
  3. Clear plan + scope. You’ll know what we’re doing, why, and what it will take to stabilize the space.
  4. Dry-out starts. Extraction (when applicable), airflow, dehumidification, monitoring.
  5. Documentation. Photos/notes/readings—especially helpful for property management and insurance.
  6. Insurance (if applicable). If you’re filing a claim, we can take the lead on communication with your insurance company and provide the documentation they typically ask for.
  7. Rebuild after drying. Once everything is fully dry, our licensed construction company takes over to restore the space to its original condition or better.

What to do right now (before we arrive)

  • Stop the source if possible (shutoff valve, supply line, appliance, restroom).
  • Watch electrical risks around wet floors, outlets, or equipment—when in doubt, clear the area.
  • Protect inventory/equipment (move what you can safely, place barriers, document with photos).
  • Call early—drying sooner can reduce downtime and secondary damage.
